Artista eclettica e autodidatta, nata nel 1967, inizia a dedicarsi alla scultura e alla pittura dopo aver attraversato l’espressione di molte arti, dalla grafica al design, dalla scrittura alla fotografia. La sua arte è trasformista e inquieta, struggente e visionaria. Nelle forme plastiche, modellate o scolpite, trova un linguaggio primordiale e istintivo, con cui prosegue il suo percorso di ricerca del significato profondo della vita, dell’identità dell’essere umano, spirituale e naturale. È questa la sua poetica.

Sperimenta tecniche e processi sempre nuovi, dal legno antico alla resina, dai caratteri di legno da stampa ai colori ad olio composti plastici di sua invenzione. Appassionata sperimentatrice cerca sempre la contaminazione espressiva più congeniale per esprimere il vero sentire interiore.

Il suo lavoro, poetico ma materico e intenso, rappresenta il travaglio del vivere, nella consapevolezza dei propri limiti e pulsioni, nella pienezza dei desideri, delle paure e delle spinte verso l’evoluzione interiore.

 

Statement

Sono una donna nata ai piedi di una montagna. Il mio destino di ricerca artistica é tutto racchiuso lì. C’é la terra, c’é la salita, c’é l’evoluzione.

Utilizzo qualsiasi mezzo per esprimere la spasmodica ricerca di un punto d’arrivo, di una spiegazione, di un senso all’essere vivi. La conoscenza, l’essere qui-e-ora,lo sguardo che scavalca l’orizzonte a ipotizzare cosa accade domani, il calore e le inquietudini del passato, ogni aspetto temporale lievita come quesito a dar ossigeno al fuoco della mia ricerca artistica.

Mai soddisfatta, mai quieta interiormente, affamata di stimoli e discese nel profondo dell’essere. L’arte é per me aumentare la mia superficie corporea, spirituale e mentale, espandermi, crescere di volume esponenzialmente. Cercare nuove sponde.

Non ricordo un solo giorno della mia vita senza pensieri creativi e viaggi dell’immaginazione e desideri di “aumentarmi”. Ho sempre voluto fare arte, se arte é la tensione creativa di uscire da dentro ed espandersi verso l’alto, cercando nella forme create una celebrazione o una conferma ai brividi e quesiti interiori.

Il mio lavoro nasce sempre da un bisogno di chiarimento profondo che arriva da lontano, quasi soffuso dalla lontananza, e con l’avvicinarsi chiarisce la sua forma necessaria, sia essa plastica, che pittorica, ma anche verbale o fotografica. A quel punto io mi adopero per dare vita a quella risposta/ modello l’argilla o scolpisco la pietra friabile, oppure dipingo, disegno, o ancora lascio che siano le parole scritte quel vestito che si cuce addosso a quell’impulso. Spesso ho usato la macchina fotografica, che così come qualsiasi altro mezzo artistico, creta, pigmenti, cere, legno, che utilizzo in modo istintivo, empirico, libero, senza limitazioni a priori. Ogni ambito artistico é per me esclusivamente una protesi che porta nel mondo materiale l’immagine di una risposta. Che a sua volta é solo un anello di una catena di una successiva domanda. In questo modo il mio viaggio va in molte direzioni e allo stesso tempo non ha traguardi, che non siano il proseguimento della scoperta della vita. Vorrei che il mio lavoro stimolasse a non fermarsi all’epidermide della vita, vorrei che portasse a una vibrazione emozionale di briciole o macigni della nostra anima. Il nostro vissuto va osservato con coraggio, messo a frutto per intendere il nostro presente e per accettare il cambiamento del nostro futuro. Vorrei che le mie opere fossero un ponte verso l’ancora ignoto, verso l’interiore, anche un piccolo moto dell’anima può essere mosso e svegliato e produrre vibrazioni, che unite alle altre formano la musica che porta il senso a questa nostra presenza.

Eclectic artist and self-taught, born in 1967, she began to devote himself to sculpture and painting after having crossed the expression of many arts, from graphics to design, from writing to photography. Her art is transformist and restless, poignant and visionary. In the plastic forms, modeled or sculpted, it finds a primordial and instinctive language, with which it continues its search for the deep meaning of life, of the identity of the human being, spiritual and natural. This is her poetics.

She is experimenting always new  techniques and processes, from antique wood to resin, from printing wood characters to oil-based plastic compounds of his own invention. Passionate experimenter is seeking the most congenial expressive contamination to express the true inner feeling.

Her work, poetic but material and intense, represents the travail of living, in the awareness of one's limits and impulses, in the fullness of desires, fears and drives towards inner evolution.

 

Statement

I am a woman born at the base of a mountain. My destiny of artistic research is all wrapped up there. There is land, there is the climb, there is evolution.

I use any way to express the frantic search for a point of arrival, an explanation, a sense of being alive. Knowledge, being here-and-now, the look that crosses the horizon to speculate what happens tomorrow, the heat and the anxieties of the past, every time aspect question rises as to give oxygen to the fire of my artistic research.

Never satisfied, never quiet inside, hungry for stimulation and descended into the depths of our being. The art is for me to increase my body surface, spiritual and mental, expand upon, grow in volume exponentially. Look for new shores.

I do not remember a single day of my life without creative thoughts and imagination and desires “to expand”. I always wanted to do art, if art is the creative tension

of go out and expand upwards, looking into shapes created a celebration or a confirmation to chills and inner questions.

My work is always born out from a need for deep understanding, coming from far away, as if suffused by the distance, and approaching it clarifies its necessary form, whether it be plastic, that painting, but also verbal or photo.

Then I do my best to create that response: I model clay or sculpt crumbly stone, or paint, draw, or I let the words written define that impulse.

Sometimes I have used the camera, which as well as any other artistic medium, clay, pigments, waxes, wood, use instinctively, empirical, enhanced or limited, without a priori limitations. Each field of art is for me only a prosthesis that takes in the material world the image of a response. Which in turn is only a link in a chain

of subsequent application. In this way my trip goes in many directions and at the same time does not have goals, which are not the continuation of the discovery of life.

I would like my work to stimulate to go through the surface of the skin, I wish to bring a vibration of the emotional crumbs or boulders of our soul. Our experience should be noted with courage, harnessed to understand our present and to accept change our future. All my work I would like to be a bridge to the “yet unknown”, towards the interior, even a small movement of the soul can be moved and awakened and produce vibrations that together with the other form the music that brings meaning to our presence.
